The architecture is designed modern and expressive. It represents a modern megaarchitecture that can operate in the wider environment of the city of Velenje generically “Smart Green Velenje City”. The architecture follows the concept of modernism and the functional principle of the city in the park, but it also represents a unique manifesto of today and tries to capture the old glory of Velenje as a young modern city with an ambitious architectural design.
